These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tuk Tuk Toys website (www.tuktuktoys.am) and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
This document also serves as a public offer: by placing an order, you accept the offer to enter into a contract of sale on the terms set out below.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator above; "you" refers to the customer.
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We sell toys and related children's products. We take care to display products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur. All products are subject to availability, and we may withdraw or change a product at any time.
All toys we sell comply with applicable Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) toy-safety regulations and carry the required certification. See our Quality & Safety page for details.
Prices are shown in Armenian drams (AMD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider: Armenian Card CJSC - Arca. We do not store full card details on our servers. Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised.
After you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement by email. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; the contract of sale is formed when we confirm dispatch of the goods.
Occasionally, we may be unable to accept an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, there's a pricing error, or payment can't be verified. If that happens and you've already paid, we'll refund you in full.
We deliver to addresses in Armenia listed at checkout and to the international destinations mutually agreed upon through the ordering process.
Delivery times and costs are shown before you confirm your order.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.You may return eligible products in line with applicable consumer-protection law:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons; these will be identified before purchase.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Armenian law or, where applicable, the law of your country of residence.-
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, the return procedure above applies.
All content on this website — text, images, logos, graphics and design — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
You agree not to use the website unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to disrupt its operation, or to upload harmful code. We may suspend access for any misuse.
We take great care in the products we sell and the running of this website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website.

Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Armenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
